The Intercultural Affairs Reaching Achievement and Committed to Excellence Peer Mentoring Program is a great way to get connected to Tennessee Tech and the community and to meet new friends! The program provides scholarships and an opportunity for incoming students (mentees) to connect with their peers and upperclassmen who will serve as their mentors. Upperclassmen can also participate in the R.A.C.E. PLUS program which provides opportunities for leadership and professional development while also educating students on graduate school opportunities.

The program is designed to provide social and intellectual support for students in an effort to help them become positively involved academically, culturally, and socially as part of the Tennessee Tech community.

INTERCULTURAL AFFAIRS PROGRAMMING OPPORTUNITIES
The office also seeks to provide cultural and heritage programming for the campus. Your efforts will not only support students directly through the peer mentor program but also through events that can showcase a diversity of speakers, artists, and groups who can provide a variety of knowledge, skills, and engaging opportunities for the students.
