The Reaching Achievement and Committed to Excellence Peer Mentoring Program is a great way to get connected to Tennessee Tech and the community and to meet new friends! The program provides scholarships and an opportunity for incoming students (mentees) to connect with their peers and upperclassmen who will serve as their mentors. We provide resources for first-generation college students and any students wanting to get involved on campus. Upperclassmen can also participate in the R.A.C.E. PLUS program which provides opportunities for leadership and professional development while also educating students on graduate school opportunities. Study abroad opportunities are growing and you can help us support students to gain this wonderful type of experience! 

 The program is designed to provide social and intellectual support for students in an effort to help them become positively involved academically, culturally, and socially as part of the Tennessee Tech community.
